My name is Tina Buckland and I am an experienced psychotherapist who has been working in the field of counselling and mental health for over 15 years, having worked directly with Solent MIND on their well-being projects.
I use a Humanistic approach, which enables me to look at working with clients holistically, tailoring your counselling needs to you as an individual.
I work with relationship and family issues, adolescent difficulties, postnatal depression, menopausal issues, anxiety, depression, Bipolar Disorder/Manic Depression, work related stress, bereavement and many other emotional difficulties or concerns.
